All About Cookery Masterclass by from Red Letter Days

With food ranging from refreshing gazpacho to the freshest salmon, from tasty chicken supreme to exotic passion fruit panna cotta, choose the menu to suit your tastes from a wide ranging selection. The class will see you in the kitchen learning and cooking a fantastic meal under the helpful eye of Michelin star trained international chefs, in a bright and spacious kitchen. Once you've acquired your new skills and cooked your mouth watering meal, head to the modern dining room to enjoy your food with a complimentary half bottle of wine. You will receive an exclusive L'atelier des Chefs apron and the recipes will be forwarded to you via email so you can recreate them at home.

Availability: Monday to Saturday afternoons throughout the year (excluding the 5.30pm class on a Saturday). Using Red Letter Days' unique order reference, you will make your booking directly via L'atelier des Chefs website.Weather: Duration: Your experience will last for two hours in the kitchen for your cookery course and extra time for dining.Numbers On Day: Expect to share your experience with up to 19 other budding chefs.Spectators: Dress Code: There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable and closed in shoes.
