All About Cookery Masterclass for Two by from Red Letter Days

With food ranging from tasty chicken supreme to exotic passion fruit panna cotta, from refreshing gazpacho to the freshest salmon, choose the menu to suit your palette from this broad selection. Under the helpful eyes of Michelin star trained international chefs, you'll learn to prepare and cook a delicious meal in a bright, spacious kitchen. After you have cooked and dished up your delectable meal, head to the modern dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a complimentary half bottle of wine. You will take home a special L'atelier des Chefs apron and the recipes will be forwarded to you via email so you can share your newly acquired skills with friends and family.

Availability: Monday to Saturday afternoons throughout the year (excluding the 5.30pm class on a Saturday). Using Red Letter Days' unique order reference, you will make your booking directly via L'atelier des Chefs website.Weather: Duration: Your experience will last for two hours in the kitchen for your cookery course and extra time for dining.Numbers On Day: The two of you can expect to share your experience with up to 18 other budding chefs.Spectators: Dress Code: There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable and closed in shoes.
