After a safety briefing and a short introduction to falconry you are in for a hands-on experience. You will learn about the birds whilst the falconer demonstrates how to fly the birds. Then you will learn some of the arts of falconry with a hawk.  After lunch you will be in a field with a team of hawks watching how they search for their prey and capture it. To end the day you will watch an eagle soar through the sky and land onto your glove. This is a perfect for any falconry fan. Location: Kirkcaldy, Fife (Scotland)
