On arrival, enjoy tea or coffee and biscotti or a glass of Prosecco and freshly made Focaccia. The chef will demonstrate the making of fresh pasta that you're going to prepare (four in total, including long tagliatelle and stuffed pasta with ravioli). Put your apron on and with friendly, expert advice on hand throughout, get cooking. Then sit down to enjoy your creations in the light, airy seated kitchen area. Your meal includes a half bottle of Italian wine, chosen to complement your food. Water, tea and coffee are available all day and you'll take home a free gift.
