Technics DJ Academy by from Red Letter Days

Whether you've got a love of music and the desire to start playing to an audience, or you're a DJ already and want to extend your skills and refine technique, we can help you master your art. This experience is in a one-to-one format, offering totally flexible content, tailored to meet your needs and level of ability. The venue has some of the finest DJ equipment available, so you can practice on professional kit and learn from some of the country's best qualified coaches. Equally suited to relative beginners wanting to take their first steps, as well as more experienced DJs keen to develop a specific skill area (like multi-format performance, scratch technique or improved use of software). A complimentary CD of your mixes is yours to take home.

Availability: Monday to Sunday (excluding two weeks over xmas and all bank holidays when the studio is closed). Please be aware that dates often get booked several weeks in advance.Weather: Duration: Your session will last for two hours.Numbers On Day: This session takes place between you and a Technics DJ Academy coach.Spectators: Up to two spectators are welcome to join you in the studio on the day (due to limited space within the booth).Dress Code: Guidelines: The Academy use top of the range Technics 1210 Mark 5 decks. The coach will call you around a week before your experience to discuss your needs in more detail.Restrictions: Minimum age 14. The experience can cater for and be tailored to beginner, intermediate and advanced DJs.
