Simonsig Brut Rosé 2005/06 South Africa, Sparkling Wine by from John Lewis

Deliciously juicy pink sparkler from Stellenbosch in South Africa. This juicy pink fizz is made of Pinotage and a dash of Pinot Noir, producing a seriously fruity and fresh sparkling wine. The winery, Simonsig Estate, were the first to produce a traditionally made fizz by the classical method (same as in Champagne) back in 1971, known locally as "Kaapse Vonkel".
