Our best-selling sparkling wine. Characterful and great value. Traditional Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes, although some Cavas are now made from Chardonnay. Ours is traditional and has the hallmark Cava nose and a rounder flavour than Champagne.
