Fri, 02/29/2008 - 12:13 — sparkleI decided this new year that I was going to get a lot fitter and healthier! This was not just going to be me doing this but my family were going to join me too. We are all busy people with work , school and social activities. We all used the gym and ate healthy food for breakfast and lunch but our evening meal was usually a bit of a rush and it was always easier to eat less healthy foods as they seemed less time consuming.
