Premier Steam Train Journey for Two by from Red Letter Days

Step aboard a Cathedrals Express carriage, hauled by a vintage steam locomotive, for a truly nostalgic excursion. After a champagne brunch en route, visit one of England's picturesque cathedral cities, including York, Chester, Bath, Worcester and many more. On arrival you'll have a few hours free time to shop or explore. Afterwards, re-board your carriage and enjoy a delicious four-course dinner on board as your magnificent steam engine roars into life for your journey home. There's no finer way to travel.

Availability: Each trip runs at least once or twice a year. Please book early to avoid disappointment; all booking is subject to limited running dates and availability.Weather: The weather should not affect your experience, however please note that the train runs on the public rail network and is subject to any imposed delays.Duration: Most trips average approximately ten to twelve hours (depending on your choice of destination). You'll receive your tickets and a full itinerary shortly before your departure date.Numbers On Day: There will be up to 48 passengers in your carriage. You will be seated on a table of four.
