Kids' Aston Martin Driving Experience by from Red Letter Days

There is and always will be only one car that is quintessentially Bond - the Aston Martin. Here's your chance to drive one of the coolest cars in the world before you've even passed your test. After safety briefing from your instructor, learn basic driving techniques and the track layout in a Ford Fiesta or Subaru Impreza. Then get behind the wheel to drive either the breathtaking Aston Martin DB9 or the stunning V8 Vantage, both capable of over 175mph, for ten minutes yourself. These circuits are designed to put amazing cars such as these through their paces. Conclude with a certificate presentation and leave your experience feeling shaken and stirred.

Availability: Selected weekdays during school holidays only. Dates fill very quickly, so please allow several weeks advance booking notice.Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. You will be contacted if the experience is cancelled for any reason.Duration: Driving time in the Aston Martin itself is up to ten minutes in total. Expect to be at the circuit between an hour and two, including your briefing and driving laps. Please arrive in advance of your booked time to ensure a prompt start.Numbers On Day: Your briefing will be shared. All in-car tuition is one-to-one except for any demonstration laps, where the car is shared.Spectators: Parents or guardians must remain on site during the whole experience and other spectators are welcome. Children must be closely supervised and no dogs are permitted. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. A helmet will be provided.Guidelines: The Aston Martin has a paddle shift to change gear and a dual control brake for the instructor to use if necessary.Restrictions: Minimum height is 4'10'', maximum is 6'4''.
