This equitably traded single origin chocolate, made and packaged solely in Madagascar by Malagasy provides a unique flavour profile with robust, earthy notes and very little acidity. One for the bitter chocolate lovers who dislike tart fruit flavours in their chocolate. A very creamy melt and we are told by Malagasy improving each time it's made. Created from a blend of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero cocoa beans co-operatively farmed in Madagascar.
