The captivating introduction course is suitable for every level so come and enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival, then go on to discover fascinating and delicious new wines and grape varieties with someone who knows their Chateauneuf du Pape from their Chianti. Learn how to correctly taste and understand the subtlety of what makes each wine so different and match food and wine together. To break up morning and afternoon sessions, there's a delightful two-course lunch in a nearby restaurant. To conclude, everyone will take home the souvenir book 'A Guide to Wine Tasting'.
