Creative Labs have been a prolific manufacturer of MP3 players in recent years, mainly because they produce fantastic products at low prices and my experience with the ZEN Stone 1Gb MP3 player suggested no different.

I needed a small, relatively cheap MP3 player that would hold a portion of my music library and the Creative ZEN Stone perfectly fit the bill. Being both small in price and stature, the ZEN Stine 1GB MP3 player did not let me down.

Coming and jet black, as well as white and pink, the Zen Stone 1GB looks the part with a glossy coat and modern looking buttons. This MP3 player is perfectly for anyone looking for a discrete music player. Despite it's snazzy looks, this MP3 player may never be seen because it is so tiny, approximately half the size of a tradition matchbox! You could walk around with this player in your pocket and won't even notice it is there, barely a bump in sight!

Regarding the performance area of the ZEN Stone 1GB, this player contains enough memory to store approximately 500 of your songs, which is still quite a considerable amount considering the price. Furthermore, despite the ZEN Stone being tiny in stature, it certainly makes itself heard! The sound quality from the player is crystal clear and loud enough to be heard in nearly any noisy situation. I was greatly surprised with the sound performance of this player, it succeeded all of my expectations!

The feature that I love about the ZEN Stone 1GB MP3 player is that unlike many others, no batteries are required. You charge the player up using the provided USB cable. You hook it up to your computer and the computer's power is used to charge the MP3 player, excellent! Charging the player for 3 hours will give you 10 hours playback.

I didn't realize how much value you could get today with such little money but the Zen Stone 1GB is an excellent buy for anyone looking for an excellent, inexpensive music player! A highly recommended product!
