George Foreman Grill and Melt 13622
I decided this new year that I was going to get a lot fitter and healthier! This was not just going to be me doing this but my family were going to join me too. We are all busy people with work , school and social activities. We all used the gym and ate healthy food for breakfast and lunch but our evening meal was usually a bit of a rush and it was always easier to eat less healthy foods as they seemed less time consuming.
To get our healthy lifestyle under way I decided maybe a George Foreman Grill and Melt was the way to go? They are always on the television and friends and family had mentioned them before so I gave it a try. I'm so glad that I did. Our grill gets used almost every night! I do tons of grilled chicken and fish on it and its ready in minutes I can even cook from frozen on it and It only takes a couple of minutes extra! If my son wants something like a burger I now find myself making it from scratch and throwing that on the George Foreman Grill and Melt. It sounds a bit crazy but its very satisfying to watch all of the fat running off the grill and into the drip tray knowing that other methods of cooking mean that the actual food is sitting in that fat and grease while it cooks! Urgh!
I invested in the Grill and Melt and this means snacks like cheese on toast can be melted on the grill too! If we are having a treat like pizza or something even these an be done in the Melt and cooked in much less time than the oven and its still really tasty! The grilled food is very tasty over all and we can still cook the chicken in spices and herbs and things and it doesn't interfere with the grill!
