WOW! is what everyone says after eating one of my nando-style chicken legs barbequed on the Omega 200 Gas Grill! Chicken can be one of the hardest meats to bbq without burning it, but the heat regulation on this gas bbq is exquisite!
How do i know? Well, i live in an extended family and every household has a gas bbq, summer time is like a competition, everyone is throwing a bbq and trying to make the best food, but i can say that our bbq was the best! The space on the grill is so big that you can cook enough to satisfy everyone in one round. People hate having to wait around for the meat, some people get some cooked stuff and others are waiting, its one of the worst things about bbqs. But this Outback - Omega 200 Gas Grill solves that problem!
The best thing is that the edge of the grill is slightly cooler than the rest and perfect for bbqing those onions, peppers and tomatoes at the same time as the meat, i know, sounds pretty impossible, but it's true!
The two side panels are great for keeping your raw meat on one side and cooked meat on the other. The cloth panel at the front is brilliant as its not nice to see the gas tank under the bbq, but with this panel, it's tucked away nicely out of sight! Oh and while i'm on gas burners, it is very cost effective and can be bought from any DIY/Gardening store.
So, would i recommend this product - of course! In fact i've bought another one for my uncle, i think it's time he started enjoying the best barbecued chicken! Plus even at his age, he could put this barbecue together with his eyes closed, the instruction manual is that easy to use!
